Hi There,

we have an issue here, sometimes when we try to open a page on the new tab it will not working.

This only happens after we update our firefox to version91.3.0esr(64 bit).

Could you please have a look ?

Is this with any link you try using?

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Sorry for my late reply. somehow the troubleshoot mode is grayed out from my firefox.

is there any other way i can have a try ?

Thanks for your reply, just talked with our Team, they have the safe mode blocked.

beside this safe mode, is there any other options i can try ?

Yes, we are running on Firefox version 91.4.1 ESR.

The middle-clicking a link and right-click context menu with mouse works (the function works), but the prompt new tab some times not loading the page.
