I'm using a windows 10 laptop, 64 bit.

What if you activate the classic menu bar by tapping either the Alt key or the F10 key. That should reveal a Help menu at the top of the window.

For the main application menu, if Help isn't visible, Firefox may be truncating the menu due to miscalculating your screen height. Do you have multiple displays with different resolutions?
