Password not working, can't check my emails
How do I get into email without a Password, It won't accept my password, HELP!!!

This is an indication that your password needs to be reset from email provider. Thunderbird is just the messenger.
I use mail.com as a provider, and cox is the internet service. Not sure what you mean.
What I mean is that Thunderbird has no control of this; it's dependent on your settings to Thunderbird and your id and password with email provider. Are you getting error at setup or later when retrieving messages?
