Just updated to Tbird 102.5.0 on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 (yes old).

The message pane is completely blank - I can not read any emails!!! If I double click to open an email, the new tab is empty.

Plz advise soonest, my business deeply depends on email, and I have archives going back over 10 years.

PS: default system theme, no extensions. This occurs on 6 different SMTP accounts, but my Gmail IMAP account works correctly.

I have the same issue, I am running (in the process of installing and trying) OSX Ventura. It may be something to do with my install, so i am going to wipe the mac and reinstall. But currently i have this exact problem too. No preview and opening in a new tab/window just gives an empty message.

The following are some errors i get along the way trying to open thunderbird and select messages.
