There are 2 people using this email address. 2 Computers and mobile iPhone. When one person deletes an email it is instantly removed from all 3 devices. I need email removed from only one inbox at a time. Any help gratefully received.

I presume you use IMAP on all three. That means that they are viewing mail directly on the server. When one computer deletes mail from the server, it is no longer available. There is no automatic way to do what you wish.
