I was wondering why this useful and simple feature hasn't been add to Firefox. I think the concept is quite simple, just add a timer or something and after it reaches the preset-time, changes the theme.

Because that is up to the user to make those changes. Firefox comes with defaults and the user themselves make the choices. Firefox is just a basic Browser how one adds Addon/Extention or themes or userChrome.css is up to them.
