Youtube and Twitch have delayed unmuting
Youtube and Twitch both have a delayed response to un-muting. After turning on the audio, it takes about 4-5 seconds to hear any audio. Youtube has long load delays each time rewinding or pausing. I tried on chrome and I didn't get these issues. I also already cleared cache and history.

Did you try with Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf
Did this work previously?
This did work previously and trouble shooting mode did not fix the issue.
Does it make any difference if you go to about:config in the address bar and change media.wmf.low-latency.enabled to false then restart the browser?
