Hey all, videos stopped working a few weeks ago and I'm not sure why. It seems to be an issue across all websites, from Youtube to Twitter to Tiktok and beyond. The videos will begin to load, but almost immediately will freeze up and won't load/play any further. Oh and I've also noticed that Soundcloud (via NTS.live) isn't working for me either.

What could be causing this issue?

Hey all, videos stopped working a few weeks ago and I'm not sure why. It seems to be an issue across all websites, from Youtube to Twitter to Tiktok and beyond. The videos will begin to load, but almost immediately will freeze up and won't load/play any further. Oh and I've also noticed that Soundcloud (via NTS.live) isn't working for me either. What could be causing this issue?

Did you try Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search104

All is well for me. see screenshot Can you post a screenshot of what you're getting?

You can check the connection settings.

  • Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet, select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.

Awesome thank you. I selected No Proxy and restarted Firefox, and now all the sites I was having issues with work! But I want to keep proxy on for most sites, is there a way to keep it on and then exempt certain websites? Thanks again.
