Two-step authentication can't turn it on? When I try I go to another site to get the a-code but when I try to setup a account there I'm blocked cause they need a mobile number well I do not have one Bad AREA very week signal.

Is this about 2FA for the Mozilla Account or 2FA for another website ?

You can use an App on a mobile device or Alternatively an extension or Password Manager that can generate the 6-digit TOTP code. This device needs to be connected to a reliable internet time service since the time based code it generates is only valid for thirty seconds, so you can't get the correct code when the time is off too much. You can either scan the QR code that is shown or enter the otpauth:// link directly (e.g. send it via email).
