Thunderbird. Cannot send e-mails from my laptop. Receive pop up that mail server responded send rejected. Contact Spectrum...person had me remove account and then try to set up new account. Get message unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, user name or password. Note all information is correct. Spectrum unable to help further indicating it's Thunderbird issue. Please help!
