Signature not appearing in replies
Although I have set my Thunderbird up to include signatures in replies and forwards it is not doing so. It works fine for composing emails from scratch. What have I done wrong?
Can I use this opportunity to ask another question too. If I do want to insert a signature into an email is there an insert option?

Your settings from your screenshot show you are putting sig below the original post, yet your response above the original post. So, your sig is there, but is down at the bottom. Change the setting to show above the quote and below the response.
To insert sigs, I encourage setting multiple identities in account to allow a choice of sigs for the account.
