Trying to insert a file from current explorer file document to a online web page for a doctor but instead see old Explorer data and message that shows 'Firefox symbol with note file upload'.
I'm having trouble with the current file Explorer being overlayed with a old file Explorer and a comment 'firefox symbol and word "file upload". This is happening while I'm trying to insert a document file into a online web page for a doctor. When I click the insert button on page that is when the Explorer is failing as noted above. It's hard to help with something we cannot see. Can you post a screenshot showing the issue? Does it happen with other sites like trying to attach a doc from your computer to an email?
