My wife's firefox starts as if it were mine and her personal profile and favorites are gone.

My wife and I each have our own account and we both use firefox. When she goes to her account and brings firefox up it has my bookmarks and my header. Her's has disappeared.

Do you each have your own Windows account? Has she lost other data, such as her Documents or other program settings?

To help tell what's going on, I need you to do the following in each of your accounts:

  1. Hold down the Windows logo key on the keyboard then press R. This will bring up the Run dialog.
  2. Type %appdata% and press Enter
  3. Tell me the full path of the folder from the title bar and address bar of the window that opens.
