I upgraded to 3.6 from 3.5? Nothing happens when I click on firefox. I then did a system restore and still nothing. I used a flash drive and downloaded v.3.5.9 and brought it to my laptop and installed and nothing. What can I do????

Hi Lu.

You may be having a problem with some extension or plugin that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

Well, thanks for your help. My son came home and I put him in charge of fixing it while I cooked for him. He did have a heck of a time with it. He uninstalled everything and reinstalled and all is now well. Thank you
