For the last 3 days I have been unable to print from my sold list on ebay; I have to go back to Internet Explorer to print. How can this be fixed?

For the last 3 days, I have been unable to print from my 'sold' list on Ebay. The printer menu comes up, it "processes", but then never gets to the printer. I have to go back to Internet Explorer to print my list. How can I fix this?

Hello Welkinview.

You may be having a problem with some extension or plugin that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
