When i click on a websites hyperlink, another page opens up, but remains blank. IE doesn't have this problem, but to view something on a website, I have to use IE.
If I click on any hyperlink, another window opens but remains blank. There is a address bar, but just says "Search Bookmarks and History". I try the same link on IE and another window opens, but loads the info I need.

This helped me out, for anyone else having this problem, read on. To start in safe mode go to the Mozilla folder in All Programs. There is a link for safe mode. While it is in safe mode, go to tools>add ons>extensions. Then click on each add on and disable. Close Firefox and restart. Go to tools>add ons>extensions and enable one add on and restart until you find the add on causing the trouble. I just used the website I was using when I discovered the problem, to check if the problem went away.
