I did the avg tune up 2011 free trial for things like registry errors and junk files and I think everything else is working but I can no longer place books on hold at the library it says :

Something unusual has happened. Please notify your system administrator.

I have a backup but my computer is running a bit faster and I don't want to undo everything but I will if i need to.
