Each time I am offered to download the latest version of Firefox, it starts downloading, but never stops...Why? Therefore I never get it downloaded.

Hello Joeymaker,

Please re-download Firefox from the Mozilla.com website and try to install it.

  1. Go to <a class="weblink2" href="http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html">the Firefox site for international versions</a> and re-download the desired installation file.
  2. Open your download directory, then double-click on the downloaded installation file.
  3. Go through the Firefox installation wizard to complete the installation.
