When I try to open Hotmail from Firefox I get a message that says: "Windows Live Network is unavailable from this site for one of the following reasons". However, I can open Hotmail from IE. What is the problem and how can I fix it?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Thanks for your reply but it did not solve the problem. Which site is causing the problem: Hotmail or Mozilla Firefox?
