I have a problem with printing directly from a page on the internet - I can print directly from Internet Explorer and other programs so I know it is not a problem with my printer - I downloaded Firefox approx 4 months ago.

I go to a webpage and I click on 'File', 'print' and it does not print the page.

This does not happen with Internet Explorer or any other programmes - therefore there is nothing wrong with my printer.

Your assistance would be much appreciated as I do like using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.
