I am an ASP.net developer and I have a lot of reports created using Telerik but non of these reports are working when I run the Firefox. However, they work fine in Chrome, IE, and Opera. Please help.

The Telerik Demos work fine on my machine with Firefox 3.6.13. Actually, Telerik guarantees that their reporting product works under Firefox, so it generally speaking you should not see such problems.

At any rate, they are very responsive, so contact Telerik directly - they are responsible for their reports to work properly under Firefox. When contacting them, please include the following information:

  • Telerik Reporting version that you are using
  • Silverlight or ASP.NET project
  • Firefox version that you are using
  • Windows version that you are using
  • Send one of the non-working reports to them - this will help them address your problem faster.
