Tried to download, install Firefox 4. However, error message states it is not available for Mac OS X v10.4.11 on PowerPC G5.

search this forum -- for example "old version 3.6" there are several suggested links--although a reference to eng may be incorrect-- it will lead you to the right place

3.6 will likely work then there is always 2.0

Mea culpa. Am chagrined to admit I blithely ignored reading the system requirements before doing the download; quite uncharacteristic. Have re-learned the lesson.
