XP user - why do I get 2 Title Browser Bars when opening a second window, 3rd, 4th, etc?

2nd browser window will open with "2" blue browser bars at the top with no home page displayed.

Top blue bar says Mozilla Firefox, 2nd blue bar has a small "Orange" box inside which says Firefox with drop down menu.

RoboForm Toolbar minimized and no refresh function. This makes working with Wordpress tough when editing and you can't refresh.

I solved my problem by disabling the extension: Freecorder Community Toolbar
