How do I delete a tool bar which is rubbish that I do no want>

I have installed Ashampoo Photo Commander 9. Without my permission it installed their own tool bar which is full of rubibish and I do not want it as it is taking up room. I already have Norton which is very good and I do not want any more. I have emailed Ashamoo about removing the tool bar but so far have not received a reply. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Firefox, but the tool bar is still there.
