Have Yahoo mail & Hotmail and always try and print emails by opening print friendly box. In IE8, right clicking in print-friendly box allowed me to choose layout, format, character size etc in final printed document. Cannot do this in Firefox. Also clicking on properties box of print dialogue box often does nothing.

You can print any page by pressing Ctrl+p, but there isn't a similar workaround for calling up Print Preview.

This add-on adds a little Print flyout menu onto the right-click menu, as well as adding new features to Print Preview. The ones you probably will use most are:

  • Page Setup (to adjust layout in general)
  • Print Preview (to fine-tune)
  • Print

The Print Edit feature is when there are parts of the page you don't want in your printout. I very rarely use that.
