I have 118 emails to forward to friends and cannot determine correct way so that I won't lose emails ?????

I have many emails to send to email friends only, and due to changes in Firefox, I can't determine correct way to send them. I have been trying ways to forward the emails for weeks now. Due changes in computer formats, (?) I can't determine how to accomplish tasks. Please, please help me determine and understand new changes. I have been on computers since late seventies, and I'm feeling so incompetent!!!

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
