How do I hide the menu bar (history, favourites and bookmarks) on mozilla firefox 5 and make it retrievable like mozilla fire fox 4 by pressing F10

I was previously using Mozilla Firefox 4 and was able to hide the menu bar and retrieve it by pressing F10.

how do I hide and menu bar on mozilla firefox 5 (orange box on the upper left hand corner) which has history, favourites and bookmarks, and retrieve as ad when I wish.

You see that orange Firefox menu button when the menu bar is hidden.
