In Yahoo Messenger, I can not get a chat window to come up. I see my on-line contacts but a chat window will not come up when I click on them. It used to work fine,

I see my on-line contacts in Yahoo Messenger when logged into mail.yahoo.com. But when I click on a name, the chat window does not come up. It appears to "try" but it does not come up. This used to work fine and when I switch to Internet Explorer, I do not have the issue.
