How do I get rid of the Install Google Chrome box at the top of my google homepage? The little x doesn't work like they suggested. Do I just need to switch my search engine? I'm about to that point!

Hi trestles28,

You should try typing about:home in the address bar. It will give you a Google search page that is customized for Firefox. There shouldn't be any adds there either. I'd consider making that your home page.
