customize function does not work
Not able to use the customize function after Right-click an empty section of the Tab Strip and select Customize.... The Customize Toolbar window does not pern.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Can you see it from View > Toolbars > Customize ?
if you can not, see: Corrupt localstore.rdf

Just for your information, I don't know why context-click (right-click) on the toolbar, I could not select "Customize", as it was not highlighted. Probably , corruption.
