Please explain why I get the following window message every time I open internet for the 1st time. The message window shows the following in the top of the window block: "[JavaScript Application]" and the message is: "TypeError: test is undefined."

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
