malware help
Is there a chat service here? is there a phone number? My mom was wanting to get back in touch with someone who was supposed to fix her pc today. He never called back. He has used remote access on her computer. Do you do that? Was that you or some other group?

To help with malware we suggest checking the following:
Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try some of the following programs to scan for malware:
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- TDSSKiller - AntiRootkit Utility
- Microsoft Security Essentials (A good permanent anti-virus if you don't already have one)
