Unable to uninstall Norton to update Firefox.

In trying to upgrade Firefox it said to uninstall Norton. I have not subscribed to Norton for over two years now. In the Uninstall program, Norton will not uninstall. I have clicked both uninstall and change and nothing happens, therefore I am unable to download Norton to upgrade Firefox. There must be an alternative method to uninstall Norton.

You can use https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/kb20080710133834EN_EndUserProfile_en_us to remove Norton.

Then, please update Firefox to 19.0.2 Update Firefox to the latest release

Then do the steps at How to reset the default user agent on Firefox
