When I try to print from Firefox, it just prints out a blank page; I tried to reset and now nothing prints at all
When I try to print using our Konica printer, from firefox, blank pages print. I've tried to reset the printer, but now nothing prints when I choose the Konica printer.

I tried resetting both ways, neither worked. Luckily, I tried using Chrome, and that worked great, so I'm just going to use that full time.

Either it's not sending completely, or the computer will not allow it to send. Not much help, I know.
Other things print from the computer, just not things from firefox. We run a shipping program within firefox that uses pdfs within the brower, those print fine.
The first steps in troubleshooting printer problems usually are to check for odd Page Setup values, and reset the preferences Firefox has stored relating to that printer. Could you try this article: Fix printing problems in Firefox.
