when i go into settings to adjust my font size, nothing changes in the browser. it always displays a font that is quite small. i assume this is a glitch for my device or OS. I'm on an LG Optimus L9, running Jellybean.

is there an add-on, update, or about:config setting I could use? Thank you!

Simply Adjust your font size

  • Firefox Setting > Content > Text Size
    • Choose "Large" by clicking the symbol "A"

Thank you for responding, but adjusting the font size in the settings does not work. The browser continues to show the same small font. That's why I believe it's a deeper issue with the phone or OS, and hopefully someone else has found this bug and a solution, because I couldn't.

Did you check by restarting your mobile

Yes I tried that. For now I'm using the Always Zoom Add-On, which at least lets me zoom in on small text, but isn't as nice as having the browser render the text at a larger font size. I hope this bug is resolved soon, because Firefox is my favorite Android browser otherwise.

Update: now with the new Firefox update, the Always Zoom doesn't work as well. It will still zoom, but no longer re-flow the text, making it awkward to read. I may need to switch to another browser unfortunately.
