I had to format my desktop and forgot to backup my bookmarks. How do I get them from my mobile to my desktop? They had been synced before I formatted the desktop. I use a Galaxy Note II.

hello, if your galaxy is already connected to the sync account you can pair the two devices like this:

  1. on your android phone go into the system's settings app and into accounts & synchronisation (might be worded slightly different on different android devices), go to firefox sync & tap on pair a device.
  2. on your desktop go to firefox > options > sync > set up firefox sync > i have an account which will show you a 3x4 character code that you'll have to enter into your android device in order to complete the process.

You can check the Sync options when you have used Sync before and want to keep previously stored data on the Sync server.

  • click the "Sync Options" button at the bottom to select what to sync (Sync Options only affect the first sync)

Select this choice if you want to restore data from the Sync server:

  • "Replace all data on this device with my Sync data"

i have same problem , i did every thing u said but every time tell me i have wrong recovery key so if i add new recovery key it will sync new data on my pc not importing my data on android device .
