Some .ogv files don't work: "No video with supported format or MIME types found”
Some video files in this website: http://ojs.uprrp.edu/index.php/umbral/article/viewArticle/270/240 are properly displayed, while others display the "No video with supported format or MIME types found" error. I have tested them on Chrome and they work correctly. How come Firefox can't play them?
In Firefox, whenever I try and directly access the video files (example: http://www.rideg.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/7-desalambrar_-_Daniel_Viglietti.ogv), it shows a "Video cannot be displayed because the file is corrupt" error, while directly accessing them on Chrome or downloading and playing locally is not a problem.
Using Firefox's Browser Console, I can see that "Media resource http://www.rideg.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/18-Cantautoras.ogv could not be decoded" and similar errors appear for the videos that don't display.
What's the issue here? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This usually happens if the server isn't configured properly and doesn't send the file with a supported MIME type.
It looks that Firefox isn't able to decode the two .ogv files
I don't know if that is because they are encoded in an incompatible format.
VLC shows this media information:
Codec: Google/On2's VP8 Video (VP80) Resolution: 480x272 Decoded format: Planar 4:2:0 YUV
I see! So, it may not be a server-side problem but rather a file format issue? I don't understand why the particular files that don't work would be any different from the ones that do work... Is there anyway to make the decoding process work on Firefox (plugins perhaps)?
