I want to print on paper a page in a chinese learning website that contains english and chinese characters. on screen everything appears, but when i print the page, some chinese characters are not printed, they are replaced by boxed ?marks, or sometimes with just an empty box. How do I get to have all the characters on screen to be printed on paper so that i get a completed phrase in chinese?

I do not know much on this subject. But check Window to see if all the languages you need are listed. Then check your other programs that, like Firefox, have their own language files.

I assume that you are copying from within Firefox; what program are you pasting into and then printing thru?

I browse with firefox , go to chinese 101 then copy the subject matter concerned ontoWindows word.
