When I try to load a webpage, the site shows a minimal webpage. You will only see blue links amd a few images without a clear webdesign. It actually looks a bit like the ancient kind of webpages. The problem is that the webpages loads perfectly in another browser.

To summarize, the site doesn't load render well, even though it does in other browsers. This problem occurs on a Apple iMac mavericks Os.

Make sure that you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the Windows/Mac Accessibility settings.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own colors.

  • Firefox > Preferences > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"

Note that these settings affect background images.
