I set up an account on my laptop so I could sync with my new gallaxy note.

When I tried to log in on my galaxy, it said that account didn't exist so I tried to set it up again. It says it already exists but the password doesn't work and I can't get it to reset my password. All I want to do is bring by bookmarks into my gallaxy. I thought I could do this with sync but nothing will let me do this! Please help

Hey! Sorry this can be confusing.

If I read what you said correctly, you gave the correct email address on your Galaxy but don't have the password any more. Before we try to reset your password, make sure that you tapped the "I already have an account" option. (They look different: if you already have an account, Firefox won't ask you your age.)

If you really don't the password any more, you can reset your Firefox Account password by going to https://accounts.firefox.com/settings and either changing or resetting your password.

Then if you go back to your Galaxy and try to set up Sync again (tapping "I already have an account") you should be able to get in with your email and newly reset password.
