Can't find firefox support. Do they offer any or simply provide a forum for users to figure it out themselves?
Every time I think I'm getting close to finding their contact information I hit a dead end. Does anyone know where I can contact mozilla directly or are they like google and don't even bother with customer support?

This forum is just a End user help forum and they help when they can reply back.
I understand its a user forum which is why I'm asking where I can get support from mozilla. I'm sure users help the best they can but obviously they don't work for the company. And that can be dangerous to start fiddling with settings taken from random users.
This is Mozilla's support forum.
Mozilla like most companies that provide free products does not have the resources to have call centres to do one on one support by phone, chat, email especially since it would be for free.
Most products that have one on one support are paid for ones you purchase in store and/or online.
