I need to customize firefox 3.6 (windows) to use in public place:

1) Disable access to about:config page 2) Disable access to Tools > Options 3) Disable access to Customize Toolbar 4) By default I need to turn off Bookmarks Toolbar

I've tried to do it with userChrome.css but no luck. Can somebody help?

Be aware that you can easily bypass extensions by starting Firefox in Safe mode
