Can't remember my password, & keep getting "error 500", so can't remedy
My hard drive failed, so while trying to download Firefox, I forgot my password. You sent me the "reset password" link, but I keep getting the error message 500. Why is this happening all day today and this evening? And how can I accomplish this task?
