Firefox desktop doesn't offer web page "Save as PDF" like the mobile version does, please add it .. I find the mobile version very useful and find the desktop one disappointing when I try saving a page as PDF like I do on my tablet and phone ..

Hi Tiffany,
Sorry to hear you're having issues with Firefox desktop. If you would like to save a web page as a PDF you could do so by clicking File on the Menu Bar - > click Print... - > choose Microsoft Print to PDF - > Click Print
If you would like an extension to make the process quicker you could check out these :
Save PDF {link}
Results found for "save to pdf" {Link} on the Firefox Add-On website.
Let me know if I could further assist you.

I have the same problem. Why don't have "Microsoft Print to PDF " option on my print page.
Hi derajj,
Are you using Firefox on a Mac?
Try clicking the '3-bar' menu icon on your Firefox browser - > Print... In the Print window click the drop down menu and choose Save as PDF...
If this doesn't help you could open a new thread so contributors can better assist you.

Or, if you still have Windows 7, you could look at the "XPS" printer and see whether it can save to PDF (I can't remember).
There is a command extensions can use to generate a PDF of the current tab. It basically captures the printout, so it should have results similar to printing to a PDF printer driver. It's a bit tricky because many PDF-saving add-ons send the page to a web-based service for conversion, which could be a privacy concern with some pages. In a quick search, this extension looks like one of the simple ones that uses the built-in command: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/save-pdf/ (not for Mac)
I am using windows 7. It is ok, I just got the PDF extension & it works fine. Thank You.
