I noticed Thunderbird Activity Manager lists deleted emails. I can see the email pop into my inbox then dissapears. How do I stop this form happening. I can't find the deleted emails in any of my email folders. Please advise.

turn off whatever other device you are getting mail on (and probably deleting it from the server with) and see if the problem goes away.
