Why do I have to keep downloading more than twice?
Ive had Firefox for a very long time. In advertently I Closed the account and now downloading it Twice tbey keep asking me to download again. Why? I was about to call Apple help talking to Volunteers

Do you have Firefox already installed? What account did you close? Who is asking you to download what?
