I posted a question on this Forum 12/9/21, 4:48 AM. Matt answered and I did not understand his answer. We proceeded to exchange several emails, his last said "...perhaps the discussion can move forward." But I am unable to answer his last email, there is no place on the screen to provide an answer???

I still have the same problem and the same error message from TB: "Server imap.aol.com has disconnected. The server may have gone down or there may be a network problem."

Once this message appears, TB will not display the messages in my several subfolders.

Any and all help appreciated. Thank you.

Filing a new question is not going to move the discussion forward. when I go to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1360568 there is a space at the bottom to add a reply.
