Spaces Menu options - Mail, Address Book, Calendar, Tasks, Chat, Setting, Show Spaces Tool Bar.

Hi First of all I hate this new version it is so hard to use. I have never had a problem until this latest version go back to the previous version. I had customized the menu bar with shortcuts - Print, Tags and Move to, then they disappeared and when I right clicked to customize again the customize button is greyed out and so I can not add any shortcut icons. To access these functions with out the shortcuts is so long winded. Also I had down the left side of the screen the spaces tool bar but it also has disappeared and I can't get it back, managed to get it to show on the Menu bar but when I click on an icon (as listed) nothing happens. Spaces Menu options - Mail, Address Book, Calendar, Tasks, Chat, Setting, Show Spaces Tool Bar. Don't know how else to access some of these options.
