It would help to know what is still on the PC. If you deleted everything, then nothing is left. Did you delete just the account, or also the data? You can review that by this: # click help>troubleshootinginformation # scroll down to 'profile folder' in left column and click 'open folder' # browse the Mail folder for the POP account to see if inbox and sent and other folders are there. Also, look in Mail\Local Folders folder for possible email folders. If there, they can be recovered. If not, they're lost.
