I find myself locked out of my Office365 account on Thunderbird, despite putting in the correct password. I also have a gmail account, and I can send and receive as normal from that account.

At present I am having to manage my Office365 emails in Outlook, which is less user-friendly than Thunderbird. Any advice on how to persuade Thunderbird that I am genuine?
